Public Workshops

Today, we are pleased to offer three awareness workshops, that are open to anyone who wishes to be introduced to the concepts of LeanSigma™. This training is designed to help associates at various levels understand the purpose of embarking on a lean journey; provide insight to the changes that lie ahead; to show how this supports a strategy for driving profitable growth; and to explain their role in supporting the effort.
