Each LeanSigma Institute instructor is a senior TBM consultant who’s spent more than ten years, hands-on, actually implementing the Lean principles they’re teaching. They spend most of the year in the field, leading client teams to rapid, dramatic performance improvement, which enables them to bring a wealth of real-world experience to every workshop.

Anand is widely considered a leading global authority on business improvement. Named a “Hero of US Manufacturing” by Fortune, recipient of the Burnham Manufacturing Management Award by the SME, member of the Shingo Prize Academy, he is also a columnist for The Manufacturer and frequent speaker at gatherings such as the AME Annual Conference and Manufacturer Live UK. Anand has been leading Lean transformations for over 20 years, with expertise learned firsthand from the developers of the Toyota Production System. He teaches CEO Boot Camp and Leveraging LeanSigma for Growth.


Aditi Badve

Aditi Badve

Senior Management Consultant

Aditi is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt professional with over 18 years of progressive corporate leadership experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environments with a bias for action and the ability to build strong, effective teams. She is a former production manager and Danaher Business System Manager at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, an oil & energy company within Danaher Corporation. Throughout her career, Aditi has led over 400 improvement initiatives including operational and transactional value stream assessments, strategic planning, new product development, and tactical problem solving. She has operations management experience in union and non-union environments and is considered to be an effective trainer and training developer across all levels of global organizations.


Ashwin Badve

An accomplished lean quality systems leader and ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ashwin brings to TBM his extensive experience with policy deployment, value stream mapping, transactional process improvement, and variation reduction kaizen. As Director of Global Quality for Gilbarco Veeder-Root (GVR), a division of Danaher Corporation, he was recognized for his expertise in taking a hands-on approach to root-level sustained quality improvements and cost reductions throughout the value chain worldwide. He teaches Design for LeanSigma and Kaizen Instructor Training - Business Process.


Richard Holland

Managing Director, TBM United Kingdom and TBM India

A lean practitioner since 1995 and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Richard comes to TBM with more than 10 years in discrete manufacturing in the automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods industries. He brings expertise in supply chain management—in both inbound and outbound distribution channels—as well as freight management, machining, and assembly. He teaches Creating a Continuous Improvement Office, Kaizen Breakthrough Experience, LeanSigma for Process Industries, Leveraging LeanSigma for Growth and Kaizen Instructor Training - Manufacturing Operations.


Ram Mohan

With more than 20 years’ experience in plant management and production operations, Ram has expertise in corporate planning; project planning, site erection and implementation; quality control and improvement; and supply chain management. Prior to joining TBM, Ram was a Divisional manager for Wheels India, Ltd., where he was responsible for project management. As Plant Head at Honda SIEL Power Products, Ltd, he implemented best practices and total quality management, centralized purchasing for a significant cost savings and was part of the corporate planning team.


Joe Panepianco

A former operations manager with broad manufacturing and business experience, Joe came to TBM in 2003 after more than a decade in industry. At TBM, Joe is sought after for his team-building and leadership skills, as well as his ability to help clients visualize and develop a transformation plan. He is uniquely skilled in effectively interfacing with all levels of an organization to facilitate change. He teaches Kaizen Breakthrough Experience, Lean Certification, Lean Management Accounting, LeanSigma Vision Tour, Creating a Continuous Improvement Office, Sustaining Lean Results, Lean Tool Kit, Kaizen Instructor Training - Manufacturing Operations and Kaizen Instructor Training - Business Process.


Bill Remy

Executive Vice President

Bill is a senior executive with over twenty-five years of leadership experience in business management and manufacturing operations. He specializes in operational performance improvement through LeanSigma™ deployment in manufacturing operations, supply chain, product development and project management across various industries. Bill returned to TBM in the summer of 2011 after working at Invensys as Vice President, Continuous Improvement. Prior to Invensys, Bill led the initiative to develop and launch TBM’s lean supply chain practice and held a broad base of roles at Learjet/Bombardier, Lockheed-Martin, Allied-Signal and Intel Corporation. Today, Bill is responsible for developing and growing TBM’s Asia-Pacific business, helps North American companies expand and build strong operations abroad and works with privately-held and state-owned industry in China, Southeast Asia and India.

A LeanSigma black belt with extensive experience in both Operations and business processes, Gary Rascoe came to TBM in 1995. He is especially sought after for his expertise in integrating business processes with lean operations and has led successful kaizen events and company-wide lean implementations for more than a decade. He teaches Kaizen Breakthrough Experience, Lean Certification, Creating a Continuous Improvement Office, Sustaining Lean Results, Lean Tool Kit, Kaizen Instructor Training - Manufacturing Operationsand Kaizen Instructor Training - Business Process.


Vineet Sethi

Vineet Sethi

Senior Management Consultant

Vineet is a senior executive with over twenty years of leadership experience in manufacturing and business management. He is an expert at enhancing operations efficiency and performance improvement through LeanSigma™ deployment in key processes across the value chain. Prior to joining TBM India, Vineet held senior level positions at leading companies like Gokaldas Exports, Gap Inc. and Li & Fung. At these companies he was responsible for overall efficiency, performance sustainment based on managing for daily improvement methods, quality assurance and business development. He also has experience effectively revamping ERP solutions to align with business needs. Vineet teaches Lean Certification training, LeanSigma™ a Green Belt and Black Belt Certification.
